EXPLORE Program Overview
The EXPLORE program offers undergraduate and graduate students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by collaborating with professionals at SSAI. Interns are paired with dedicated mentors and assigned impactful projects designed to provide valuable, real-world experience. This program not only helps bridge the gap in STEM fields but also empowers participants to expand their professional networks and enhance their skills and expertise through professional development.
Program Dates: 8 – 12 weeks summer internship, June – August 2025
Location: Lanham, MD or Tysons, VA
Hours/Salary: 20 – 40 hours per week / $15.50 - $20.00
Program Requirements: Must be pursuing a degree in a technical field such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other similar concentrations.
Must be a current college, or postgraduate at the time of application.
